Dropoutfit is a Pakistani baby clothing brand based in Karachi that designs and makes baby rompers, bodysuits, suits, frocks, gift sets and accessories for babies from newborn to 12 months. These are the questions parents ask us most often.

Sizes and fit

What sizes does Dropoutfit sell?

Our clothes come in four baby sizes: 0–3 months, 3–6 months, 6–9 months and 9–12 months. Each product page has a size chart showing length and width in inches.

What size should I buy for a newborn?

Most newborns fit size 0–3 months. If your baby was born long or heavy, or you are buying before the birth, many parents also keep a few 3–6 month pieces because babies outgrow the first size quickly.

My baby is between sizes. Should I size up?

Yes. Choose the larger size if your baby is between sizes or long for their age, so the outfit is comfortable and lasts longer.

What size should I choose for a baby gift?

If you don't know the baby's size, pick one size up from their current age. For a newborn gift, 0–3 or 3–6 months are safe choices. See our newborn gift sets.

Choosing baby clothes

What is the difference between a romper and a bodysuit?

A romper is a one-piece outfit that covers the body and legs. A bodysuit ends at the hips with snaps between the legs, so it can be worn alone or under trousers and frocks.

What should a newborn wear in Pakistan's summer?

In hot weather, dress babies in a single breathable layer such as a cotton bodysuit or short-sleeve romper, and keep them out of direct sun. Muslin night suits are light for warm nights.

How should I dress a baby in winter?

Dress your baby in one more layer than you are wearing: a cotton bodysuit or high-neck shirt, then a warm romper or fleece set, plus a cap. Check the back of the neck: it should feel warm, not sweaty. See our winter collection.

What is in a 10-piece newborn starter set?

Delivery and payment

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, usually within 3–5 working days.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is a flat PKR 250. Delivery is free on orders over PKR 5,000.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes. You can pay by cash on delivery (COD), debit or credit card, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, unused, unworn and unwashed items with original tags and packaging can be returned or exchanged. Full conditions and time limits are in our Return and Exchange Policy. Sale items are final unless faulty.

What if I receive a faulty or wrong item?

How should I wash baby clothes?

Wash new baby clothes before the first wear, use a mild baby-safe detergent, wash at a gentle setting and turn printed or embroidered pieces inside out. Always follow the care label on the garment.
