Exchange Policy

At Dropoutfit, we aim to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for parents. If you need to exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below.

Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items can be tried on for size but must remain in original condition

  • Products returned in damaged or used condition will not be eligible for exchange

Exchange Timeframe

  • Exchange requests must be made within 15 working days of receiving your order

How to Exchange

  1. Repack the Product
    Ensure the item is securely packed with the original invoice

  2. Mention Reason
    Clearly state the reason for exchange

  3. Ship the Product
    Send the item via a traceable courier or registered post at your own expense


Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Exchange will be processed after we receive and inspect the product

  • Please label your parcel as “Exchange Item” to avoid any inconvenience
